We have been creating an OEM image to speed up our build process. We load a
basic system and run "Sysprep -factory" then restart it and make an image.

Unfortunately, the Activation timer starts as of the date the image was
made. How can I make an image that won't expire after 30 days?

Purchase a Volume License version of Windows XP. Microsoft
recommends using only VL when using Sysprep.
