Creating a Leaderboard...?

I have a column of points, which I have arranged into a dynamic leaderboard
which will change from week to week (highest score at the top, lowest at the
bottom...) but I would like to arrange a list of names beside the points
which will move up and down the leaderboard as the scores change, however I
have no idea how to get the text values (the names) to move with the
scores... can anyone help me please?
