I have 32 percentages (A1...A32).

I need to write a formula that will compare each percentage against every
other percentage without typing it in over and over again. Please Help

as specified that will be 16 * 31 comparisons, or do you want a 32*32 grid?

How are you comparing the percentages? e.g a is x% of B? Or A-B ?

I assume the percentages are arranged in a column?

Hi Trey,

I need a likee more info. What would you like the comparrison to
produce?

Thanks to both of you for your replies.

The fact that the 32 numbers are percentages is immaterial. It's 32 numbers.

I need to write a formula/create a function that will allow me to take each
of the 32 numbers and compare them against each other. For ease, let's say
the comparison is done by x+y, where x is A1 and y is A2 for the first
computation, x is A1 and y is A3 for the second computation, and so on. I
just don't want to type out the formula 32! times to account for each matchup.

Am I phrasing this poorly?

You mean something like this:

Private Sub CommandButton1_Click()
Dim i As Long
Dim j As Long
Dim Elements As Long

With Range("rngData")
Elements = .Rows.Count
For i = 1 To Elements
For j = 1 To Elements
If i <> j Then
Debug.Print .Cells(i, 1) + .Cells(j, 1)
End If
Next
Next
End With

End Sub
