I have a strange problem. I have received an email which I have to
pass on - possibly printed out. The person I am passing it to should
not see from whom I have received this mail. I want to somehow edit
this mail's header. I have already saved the mail to my desktop and
edited all From: references using notepad (or edit or wordpad) but
such edited mail would not open. It seems it has a checksum or
something like that.
Is there a way to do such a change. I only need it for this email.

Best regards,
Primoz

Press forward and remove the header which is now in the message.

I've done that. It is OK if I forward it to somebody (my boss in this
case). I just wanted to know whether this can be changed just in case
he decides to check my computer. Anyway I don't think this will happen
but just to be on the safe side...

Best regards,

Save the message as a htm-file and editing the header should be easy. Then
just delete the message from your inbox
