What you want to do is called Slipstreaming.

I did a Google search on the term and found instructions on how to do it.
You can do the same.

A great utility for this is Autostreamer, free and simple to use. Use Nero
or similar to burn the final CD

I have aCD with an OEM verison of WIN XP PRO and I
also have the WIN SP2 CD from Microsoft.

Upon redoing my system after a Defrag and a Format
an re-installation of my OEM WinXP Pro I still have to
re-install my Win SP2 from the CD since WinXP Pro only
installed SP1. Having said this, can I create a new
bootable CD from these two CDs so that I can install
WinXP Pro with SP2 all at once and from once CD. If
so, can someone march me through the process of
creating my new bootable CD with WinXP Pro with the
SP2 install on the same bootable CD instead of SP1.

Thanks
