I am trying to create a small OHS&W handbook for employees when they are
inducted.
I have created the document, but when I print I get a sheet of 4 pages to
one page, which is good, but on the reverse of that page the pages are
printed upside down. Printing duplex.
How can I create a booklet which allows the pages to be clipped together so
you get page 1, 2, 3, 4 etc.
Surely this should be intuitive and not hidden away is some obscure area.
Word 2003 supported this in the Margins set up, but Word 2007 does not offer
the same feature.

Any clues?

This will be a printer setting (that is, in the printer Properties). When
you duplex, you have a choice of flipping on the short or long edge. For
portrait documents, you need long; for landscape documents (such as this
one), you want short.
