Create rules in outlook based on e-mail header properties

Hi all,
I want to create rules in outlook based on e-mail header properties (like
X-Antivirus-Code: 100000).

I want to create the following rule:

When a message arrives with header property X-Antivirus-Code: 100000 move it
to the Suspects folder.
