How can I create rules that look for some specific words in a subject, but
doesn't care order.
Like when I create a rule to look for A B C D in subject and reply it, it
looks for A B C D, but not B C A D nor D A C B or any other order.
I tried to create a rule that says look for A or B or C or D, but I can't
have that happen, I need all word in the subject, but order doesn't matter.

Treat your requirement as 4 "words", where each in fact is a line of words.
For example:

red yellow blue green OR yellow red blue green OR blue green yellow red

You'll just have to type all possible combinations.
