Create .pst on the fly?

I have a great deal of experience in scripting (mainly VBScript).
would like to develop an external script that will, create a .ps
folder and then copy some emails from another folder into the new .pst
I know how to interface to Outlook. I just need help on creating
new .pst folder. I have looked all over google, to no avail. Doe
anyone have any ideas? Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
