Create Mailing Label Switchboard with Access and Word (2000)

I would like to create a switchboard interface that would allow users to
select from a variety of mailing address tables (legislative, media,
educators, etc.) and then output their selection(s) to a custom mailing label
template in Word.
I'm unsure how to output the data to a custom label template... Any ideas?
 
There isn't any reason to interface with Word to do this. Create a form to
run the labels. Add a combo that allows you to select a group of people.
Create a query that selects the name and address data and includes criteria
that refers to the combo field. Access has a label wizard that will allow
you to create any type of label you need. Use the query you just saved as
its source.
