Create macros in Outlook 2007

Can anyone tell me how to create a macro in Outlook 2007? I am trying to
create a command for folders but cannot find how to. Many thanks
 
Alt+F11 and type it in. :) Outlook doesn't have a macro recorder. See
outlookcode.com for some code samples or read/post in the
outlook.program_vba newsgroup for specific solutions.
