Is there a way to integrate all the 50+ updates from Windows Updates in to a
new bootable CD? This way it would not take 4 hours to redo a computer.

Slipstreaming utilities such as nLite (free from
http://www.nliteos.com/) have the ability to incorporate the post-SP2
critical updates into an installation CD.
