Create folder, copy documents, delete folder

The company i work for has engineering documents that correspond to order
numbers in my Access database. The engineering documents reside on the
server in folders whose names correspond to the order numbers. I would like
to put a button on my order detail form that creates a temporary folder on
the desktop and copies the engineering documents into it. Then when the form
is closed the temporary folder is deleted. Can anyone help with this?
