Create Expanding Control Canel in Classic Start Menu

I am trying to create an expanding control panel icon in my start menu
using classic view. I tried using the string value Control
Panel.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} and this does work,
however, unlike Windows OS's of prior years, the folder name remains
Control Panel.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} instead of the
abbreviated Control Panel. Anyone have an answer for me?

Open the Properties for the Start Menu > Customize: here you can add
this entry.
