Create Dated Folder with a right click of the mouse

Hello,
When I download my photos onto the PC I like to put them in dated folder.
E.g. for today, 31-July-2007 I name the folder in the format
YY-MM-DD so that I can order the folders by date.
07-07-31
I would like to be able to right click and create a folder named as above,
can anyone point me in the right direction?

Do you know how to do the same in Vista? it seems to be missing the File
Type of folder?
 
Asking a Vista question here is a crap shoot--you'd be better off posting in
a Vista Newsgroup such as microsoft.public.windows.vista.general
