Create conditional formating of in reports

I want to have a tick in a box next to data if the data matches a particular
criteria, and display this on a report.
 
Can you be more specific? Usually I would expect to see some field names,
sample records, and some reference to the Subject line.
 
Its OK !!!!! I found IT!
I needed to use the IIf function and leave the alternative option blank.
