Is it possible ?
I'd simply like to create a boot floppy from which I can
see my 2 partitions (each on a different hard drive), and
my CD-ROM drive as well (which is a Pioneer 107 DVD writer).
I searched and found that I have to handle this with a boot.ini
file but I couldn't figure out how...

Thanks a lot in advance for any help !

Are the drives ntfs? If not try going to www.bootdisk.com if they are goto
microsofts site you can get boot files for a floppy there.

The Preinstall Environment will do what you want. I know of a downloadable
version, but I recommend creating a Restore point just before using it, then
restoring after creating the CD.
