Do you want to do this using Microsoft Access? or a more appropriate
program such as Word or Publisher?
Please repost your question in a more appropriate newsgroup. The
webpage can be confusing - scroll down and find a newsgroup for one of
these programs; Access (the database program in Office Pro) would not
be a suitable choice.
