I see you're using Outlook Express. Go to Tools | Accounts. Click your
newsgroup account, and click properties. On the General tab, you can put
whatever you want in the name and E-mail address fields.

I see that your email address has no relationship to your actual name - all
you need to do is remove "John Boles" from the email address name - then we
would just know you as Sparky Watts.

Then you could sign your name if you want to identify yourself.
