I need a step by step process to do this function, I have a 600+ address list
and want to download the names, address, city, st. zip to WORD to make AVERY
6241 labels, can anyone help me with this? Thank you.

Hi Bette,

This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft Access database product. The
Microsoft website is not all that clear and may have misdirected you. I
suggest post your question to the Word newsgroup below:

http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.mspx?dg=microsoft.public.word.docmanagement

However, that said, if you have Microsoft Access software available
(included in the Professional versions of Office for Windows), and you'd like
to try using it to accomplish this task, then head on over to Helen Feddema's
web site and download sample # 168: "Merging Data from Queries and Recordsets
to Word". We can help you set up a link to get your data from Outlook into
Access, but before we work on that part, let me know if you are even
interested in pursuing this option.
