Create a test domain

I am scheduled to upgrade our Windows 2000 domain to Windows 2003 in a few weeks. I want to create a test domain that closely replicates our current domain controllers. How can I export from 2000 and import to 2003 all my user and computer accounts

Active Directory Migration Tool (ADMTv2).

That's the main one; there's also a bunch of other command line tools. I
think LDIFE is one.
