Create a telephone book search in a website

I have been asked to create a telephone book database similar to

http://www.montgomerycountymd.gov/apps/phonebook/phonesearch.cfm
http://www.montgomerycountymd.gov/apps/phonebook/findemp.cfm
and/or
http://dc-directory.hqnet.usda.gov/DLSNew/Phone.aspx

The staff is ten people. The prefereed fields are First Name, Last Name,
Telephone Number, Extension, e-mail address.

The search result should show the proper staff member.

Please help.

If this is for a website then post your question to a web development
technology news group such as ASP or ASP.Net or ColdFusion or PHP or
whatever language you intend to use to build your web site.

I do not have the suggested sofware or technology that you are recommnding.

The only databse sofware/program I have is Access.

This is why I posted my telephone book query to access.

If you want to place a phone list on an intranet or internet, that is
dynamic, you will want to use something to use a web programming language in
conjunction with Access or some other database.
