I am attempting to create a sheet of labels, with different words on each
label. How can I do this? I am using label 5163, 2" x 4" size.

1. Create a table with a text field.

2. Enter the words for each label on a different row of the table.

3. Click the Reports tab of the Database window, and click New.
In the dialog, choose the table you saved and step 1, and the Label Wizard.

The label wizard will walk you through the process of creating the labels.

Russell,
I think we need a bit more info on that...
What do you mean by "different words", and do those words change on each
label run.
Please provide some examples, and explain carefully... the correct
solution depends on it.

From the database window click, Reports then New then select Label Wizard
(because its easier) and the rest is fairly easy. The various words you want
to print onto the labels must be stored in a table, details of which must be
entered in the Label Wizard dialog; including the size of your labels--

I have a book on Access which outlines the procedure.

The Help files are usually all you need to do something like that. Follow
the instructions carefully.
