Create a Rank Field

MSACCESS 2007: I need to be able to have my query return a row number/rank based on a field that adds both inbound and outbound passengers. The Calculation has already been completed at this point and this query sees it only as a number. (this is a new query based on the query that calculates) How do I get access to return a rank based on a number - not counting. I have searched this and other forums, and while some where similar - no threads really applied to my situation.

Also, if anyone providing assistance could please refrain from going into strict SQL - waaaaay over my head!
