create a list of duplicated items in text file

I'm looking for a method of segregating the duplicated entries in a text
file. I have one file that has the duplicates included, and another where
they've been removed. By doing compare & merge while using track changes &
the reviewing pane, I can see them, but haven't figured out how I can save
those changes as a seperate list of just the duplicates. Any suggestions?
The list is 350,000 email addresses after duplicates are removed.

I would suggest that you move the list into Access and then use a Find
Duplicates query.
