create a hidden user account?

can this be done? i want to create a hidden user account
that is only accessable by ctrl+alt+del and signing on by
typing in the name, like the administrator account is
now. thanks!
 
anyone want to *explain* to me how to do this. i'd rather not download a script to do this; i want to "know" how to do this manually. i am computer saavy so i dont think i'll have trouble following.
 
i did more snooping on your website and found my answer. thanks Doug. you had the reg entry (my solution) posted on that page but would only pop up when i clicked "details". good enough. thank you very much.
