crashing!

my explorer is constantly crashing. I get the following
error messages

I EXPLORE caused an invalid page fault in module <unknown>
at oooo:045b603a

or

I EXPLORE caused an invalid page fault in module
STOOLBAR.DLL@ 017f.02297bc4

It's become almost impossible to surf the net or read my
email. As soon as I try and switch pages, I get an
error. Can anyone help me, please.
