Crashing

Been crashing alot lately. Error codes below..(hope I wrote them down right!). Crashing in any number of programs. Recently removed and installed video drivers... Recently put in 512 mg of RAM. Recently installed directx 9 (or whatever latest version is). Geoforce MX 440, 64mb video car

What kind of RAM? A single high-quality 512 chip? Try that.
 
It's pc2100. 3 chips, 2 256 and one 512 (the 512 is new).

Forgot to mention, although you probably figured it out, it's xp pro. AMD athalon xp2000+ 1.67 ghz.

Maybe I should just remove the new RAM see what happens?
