This is a new problem. I can view my pictures, but when I try to rotate them, picture viewer crashes and I get an error message that says Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and will close. I regularly clean and defrag my computer and run virus scans with updates. The only thing new I have done is to allow AOL to "fix my connection" (FYI, unless you want a bunch of your settings changed, don't do this - and it didn't work) and I ran their spyware protection program which found and deleted 14 problems, including a trojan. I also reinstalled Registry Mechanic and ran that, but I've run it many times and never had any problems. Other than that, the only new things on the computer are games installed by another user.
