crashing and freezing

coputer freezes and sometimes crashes when playing games
with cd rom also i cant burn discs pc freezes when i
insert a disc or it just wont read disc
 
What's the speed of the processor(Ghz) and how much
memory (RAM) is installed. To find this out hit 'windows
& Pause/Break' at the same time, or rt click 'my
computer'and go to properties. On the 'general' tab at
the bottom will give you the answers.
Low memory might be part of the problem along with
some things that might be on your computer that
