for the past week, my computer keeps unexpectantly freezes up on me and I have to switch the power off and back on just to restart it; I've downloaded all the updates and even ran virus scans; sometimes I can't even run full scans without the computer freezing up on me. I've even tried system restore and still the same thing; what can I do do get rid of this annoying problem?
