Crash with Business Contact Manager

Dear MS or some kind soul out there.

I have just installed Office 2003 with Business Contact
manager and just cannot link existing e-mails to accounts
and business contacts.

When I do what is described in

I just purchased Business Contact Manager and there

seems to be all sorts of issues with it. No one at
Microsoft seems to have any good solutions. When they
tell you to delete the progam and reinstall you know the
program has major problems. Mine corruted in about 2
days. Seems Microsoft stumbled out of the box on this
one. Anyone else had any problems?
