Crash by opening outlook

I have several profiles on my Laptop using all the same
exchange server connection. Since yesterday if I wanted to open with one of
the profile, outlook crashes while opening (I guess by trying to create the
'folder-list'). It crashes in online and also in the offline mode.

The event for the crash is:
Source: Microsoft Office 10
Event ID: 1000

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 10.0.4510.0, faulting module
outllib.dll, version 10.0.4712.0, fault address 0x0003aece.

All other profiles are working correct with this laptop.
Deleting the bad profile and creating new does not fix the problem. Also
connecting with the profile from another computer does not work. Same error.
Uninstall outlook installing new does not help. Deleting several files
(outllib.dll, outllibr.dll) and all other workarounds I could find in the MS
knowledge base are not working. What else can I do?

You are my last chance....any idea????

If you're using Exchange Server 2000, have you installed SP3? In fact,
whatever versions of Exchange Server and Outlook you're using, have you
installed the most recent patches and service packs?
 
Yes of course. I am closer to the error. It must have to do with the folder
list, because the outlook crashes while opening/creating the folder list.
Any other idea to find the solution?
 
What are the permissions of the logged in user? Are they the same as the
Outlook user?
 
Yes, the same permissions. I am using these account since 5 years without
any problem. It just went up from one minute to the other.
 
I came across your post in my quest to correct a similar problem.
tried to uninstall, reinstall, just about everything but rebuild my P
completly. I came across a MS KB article about command line switche
for Outlook and found one that fixed my problem. I ran th
/ClearViews switch and everything seems to work great.
