Crash and hangs

MM2 crash when I try to use text or effects. Sometimes it just hangs and I have to restart it.
 
I had exact same problem..
Don't know if this is your problem but when I added a 256 memory card
everything worked fine.
Transitions, text, effects, etc. Total memory I have now is 512.
