CPU usage

ok, my cpu usage is constantly rocketing up to 100% and
slowing everything down, mostly it is being used by
SVCHOST.exe(?) anyone no wht i can do?

You may have one of the many worm viruses out there. I just worked on a computer with the W32 Garobot worm it was doing the same thing.
