Hi,
I recently run into a very peculiar problem with my laptop: the main symptom is an intermittent block of the mouse (or text entry or whatever I'm doing) every 5sec or so.
This is occuring even in safe mode. And I just did a check for viruses, and a complete hardware diagnostic. Everything works fine..
The only correlate to this intermittent block I found was a regular oscillation of CPU usage, from a few percents to 20% typically...
If anybody has an idea, I'd be immensely gratefull!!
Thank
Francois

Check for Spyware too.

I did, found a few, cleaned them, but it didn't change anything to the original pb..

I've had this when Outpost firewall was installed. Doyou you have it
on this system? If so try removing it. (Happens even if Outpost is not
running)
