Coverting an Excel file to ASCII

I am a very basic user and need help coverting an Excel 2002 file into ASCII for a client who needs to incorporate this data into another program. Does anyone know how I can do this? I would appreciate any and all help with this one! Thanks!
 
Use File|SaveAs and in the Save dialog set the Save Type to TXT
