Please repost to the correct newsgroup for the program you are using.
I would suggest you include your Windows and Office version number in
your message. It might make a difference.
Unless you can find a USENET newsgroup covering business
forms/formats/content, you'll be better off using your favorite search
engine to find samples. You'll also increase your chances of getting the
answer you want if you are more specific than "medical insurance cover
letter" which tells someone almost nothing about what you want/need. That
could apply to a cover letter for insurance information you are submitting,
or a cover letter for insurance information being sent by the insurance
company, or something else entirely.
