Couple Questions about Proofing Tools 2003?

Is it possible to disable the online translation so that Word doesn't go out
to the web to get the online translation and that it searches the
dictionaries installed?

Is there a web link that I can find on Proofing Tools that shows all the
features listed?

I don't think translation is possible with internal dics. Thus web is
the ONLY way.

Proofing tools, ummm, is there anything in either the installed
proggies list or the compoenents inside of MS Office when ccessed from
such?
