is it at all possible to know if someone is attatched to my server from
LONDON,UK ?

is there anywhere on WinDoze where i can access this information or from
some source on internet, now that i know the other parties IP address ?

www.samspade.org has tools for getting the physical address of an IP
address (you want 'whois', in one of its many guises).
