Counting Text - query

I Have created a 3 table db that counts the number of times an appointment
appears during a calendar month. The query gives me the information I
require. However, when I Group by 'Count' the results against each
appointment shows as a number 1 against each apointment type. I want the qry
to add up the number 1's and give me a total for each appointment type.

I hope I have explained it clearly, and would appeciate any help.

Please explain in the simplist terms as I'm fairly new to MS Access
