Couldn't remove from my system

Hi,
I seen a slotchbar programme in my add/remove programmes
list, I don't know where it saved, I don't know how it
get in to my system .....now i couldn't able to remove
that from my add/remove programme list....

I did a full scan....I run the spybot search &Destroy and
adware too.......Still i couldn't remove that from my
system....

Please help me.......
