you can turn off some of these annoying boxs by clicking
start\search\change preferences and turn off the balloon
tips and search companion and so on. You can also turn off
the "highlight newly installed programs" by right clicking
start then clicking properties and then start menu
tab\customize button and then the advanced button and
uncheck the appopriate box. Then to turn of the pop up
descriptions for folders go start\control panel\folders
options\view tab and scroll down to ucheck the pop-up
option. These three should do it. If you need the registry
