"could not load"

Frustrated

During startup, I receive error code 126 - "could not
load C:\programfiles\backweb\backwebclient\6.1.0.153
\program\backweb.dll. Can anyone help me correct my
software set-up to remove these messages? I'm thinking
Backweb is some sort of spyware and actually should be
removed from my computer.
