Could not load type .... from assembly

I have make an component with fiex version (1.0.0.1)

i realize two web component that use this library.
i've change the library and when i execute the web application i have this
error :

Could not load type ****** from assembly *******, Version=1.0.0.1,
Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null.

For resolve, i must re-compile all web control with the new version of
library.
Can you help me ?
