Could NOT load ProSet GUIMgrResourseDLL

Running Win. XP. Getting window that states, Could not load ProsetGUIMgrResourseDLL. What is the purpose of this Intel(R) ProSet.
If necessary can you give me an address that I can go to and eather order it or download it. Thanks (e-mail address removed)
