Hi,
I got that same problem before. I've solved the problem
by doing the following steps:

1.Go to Control Panel, click on Add/Remove software
2.Find your Access97 or XP, click Add/Change
3.Select Data Access, then drill down to the next dialog
box to find out/select Database Drives, then click on
Change options button, you will be brought to another
level of a dialog box, please select the following
options:

Microsoft Access Driver
dBase and Microsoft FoxPro Drivers
Microsoft Excel Drive
Microsoft SQL Servier Driver
Text And HTML Driver

Then click Ok, and Ok and let it finish installation.
you will be all set.

Good luck to you.
