Could not copy temporary files to the output directory

While trying to compile a Addin project, I get the following error.
The file 'Comments.dll' cannot be copied to the run directory. The process
cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
 
Annoying, if this is a one time only-thing, close VS.Net and delete the obj
and bin directories. Try again.

If it isn't, check out:
