"Could not complete the operation because the service provider does not
support it."

This is the message I get if I try to send a file by email from another
application..e.g. word, excel, adobe reader...(F>send to>email
recipient>>>click "To" box> message appears). I run office premium 2000 with
ALL updates and Outlook 2002, XP, all via MS exchange server 5.5)
Knowledge base cites problem

hotfix. Not able to get MS email help with costs.
How do I get this hotfix?? Any ideas chaps? Thanks a lot. Steve

To get the Hotfix, follow the instructions in the article:

"To resolve this problem, contact Microsoft Product Support Services to
obtain the fix."

If you contact MS Product Support and tell them you want the hotfix
described in article 329554, there will be no call charge.
