Is there any program to run...I have a corrupted drive and I cant scandisk
it...Is there a way to save the files on the hard drive while trying to
repair Windows 2000

Install your disk as a slave disk in some other Win2000 PC,
then save your files to the other PCs disk.

Alternatively, buy a second-hand disk, install a temporary
copy of Win2000, then connect your flawed disk as a slave
disk and save your files. The second-hand disk must be
sufficiently large to take your data files plus 1 GByte for
Win2000.

You may now be close to realising that there are two groups
of PC users: Those who don't believe in backing up their
important files, and those who do. Ultimately everyone ends
up in the second group. The transition can be very painful.
